When will I receive my tracking information?
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
Tracking information becomes available once your order has been dispatched and the shipment has been registered with the carrier.
If you've received a shipping confirmation but your tracking information hasn't updated yet, please allow some time for the carrier to scan and process the shipment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and shipping method.
As a general guide:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days

My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
It's normal for tracking information to take some time to update after an order has been dispatched.
If your tracking hasn't changed for a short period, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and process the shipment.
If your tracking remains unchanged for an extended period or you believe there may be an issue with your delivery, please contact us.
